My Story
I am a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with over 40 years of leadership experience in business, manufacturing, operations, and consulting with a proven results of successfully leading, training, and coaching hundreds of associates, including managers and supervisors into achieving high margins of productivity. I have demonstrated the ability to implement cost effective methods to increase productivity, boost revenues, and improve customer satisfaction while managing multiple site operations.
From a consulting prospective, my coaching provides organizational change management assistance, development of internal coaching skills, strategy development, and operational improvement services. Working with the management team to guide the identification of problems, and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective or efficient ways of performing work tasks. Provide leadership development that focuses on the individual learner, their leadership development program, and providing support throughout the process.
